Clair assisted me this week in placing an order to a remote area of Slovakia when even my own staff had given up. She helped me navigate your website, choose the items and went out of her way to make sure they would be delivered asap. This isn't an economic era in which one expects to come across such a dedicated, customer oriented ambassador at any firm. You have certainly made a customer for life with me, I intend to recommend your firm most highly to my colleagues as the opportunity arises.

The hamper was wonderful and we have made really good use of it over the holiday. It was full of really practical items as well as little treats, so it really couldn't have been a better gift. It was incredibly well packed with everything arriving in perfect condition and it was most exciting wondering what we would find next - like the bran tub at school fetes!

'We are always expected to come up with creative and exciting gifts for our customers at Christmas and Highland Fayre have been proactive in co-ordinating some fantastic hampers for us and finding all the products, however unusual or hard to get a hold of. Their professionalism is reflected every year in the way they handle our project from the initial brainstorming of ideas to the efficient and speedy way that the goods are despatched. Highland Fayre have been an extremely helpful supplier and have offered an excellent personal service. We have been perfectly satisfied with the quality of hampers and speedy delivery of the carrier service used. We regularly receive letters from our pensioners commenting on the excellent quality of the parcels they have recieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending Highland Fayre to any prospective customer. They have helped us overcome an extremely time consuming task without losing the personal touch.

Just a short note to thank you all for your help with this year's Christmas gifts. Despite all our last minute changes, the hampers all arrived on time at their respective sites, all in perfect condition - certainaly a relatively hassle free operation for us!
